Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Accelerated Growth Studio

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive SDR to help drive revenue by managing outbound pipeline, nurturing warm leads, supporting partnerships, and keeping our sales engine running smoothly. This role blends prospecting, follow-up, partner coordination, and light project management to keep our growth machine firing every day.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, DMs, and cold channels

  • Qualify inbound leads and book calls on the calendar

  • Maintain clean, structured notes in HubSpot and update the pipeline daily

  • Follow up with prospects across email, SMS, and LinkedIn

  • Coordinate with referral partners and vendors to keep leads flowing

  • Support partner outreach, co-marketing tasks, and relationship follow-up

  • Prepare recap emails and organize access requests, intake forms, and meeting assets

  • Manage basic sales project workflows: calendars, reminders, tasks, and follow-ups

  • Support marketing campaigns (content distribution, lead list building, asset sharing)

  • Work with operations to assist client handoff, contract prep, and DocuSign support

  • Assist with marketing and partnership research for new opportunities

  • Stay aligned with leadership on weekly targets and pipeline goals

  • Consistently booking qualified meetings

  • Clean, accurate HubSpot notes and follow-up timelines

  • Strong organization and proactive communication

  • Active coordination of partner leads and referral channels

  • Supporting smooth handoff from sales → client success

  • Reliable execution on daily outreach volume and weekly goals

Requirements

  • Strong communication and writing skills

  • Comfortable with outbound, persistence, and follow-ups

  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred

  • Able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping balls

  • Resourceful, fast learner, bias toward action
